Our quality approach covers products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, serums, scalp care products, hair color, perm lotions, styling sprays, pomades, hair tools, combs, brushes, scissors, clippers, coloring accessories, and other hair care and salon supplies. Inspection activities are applied according to product characteristics, customer requirements, internal inspection standards, and applicable industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials, components, packaging items, and selected accessories are reviewed before they enter the production process. The inspection scope is determined by the product specification and may include appearance, dimensions, color, quantity, labeling information, material condition, and basic functional requirements.

• Raw materials for hair care, hair treatment, hair color, perm, and styling products are checked against approved specifications and required documentation.
• Plastic, metal, silicone, electrical, and other components used in combs, brushes, clippers, curlers, straighteners, hair steamers, and styling tools are reviewed for conformity and visible defects.
• Packaging materials, labels, bottles, tubes, caps, cartons, and protective inserts are checked for correct details, printing quality, and compatibility with the relevant product.
• Materials that do not meet the specified requirements are identified and handled through an internal review process before further use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During manufacturing and assembly, quality checks are carried out at appropriate production stages to help maintain consistency from batch to batch. Process controls are adapted to the product type, whether the item is a liquid, cream, spray, powder, tool, accessory, or assembled device.

• Formulation and filling processes for shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, serums, essential oils, hair color, color removers, and styling products are monitored according to the approved product requirements.
• Key production conditions, filling appearance, container closure, and labeling position are reviewed where applicable.
• Tools and accessories such as hair scissors, combs, brushes, rollers, hair extension tools, color mixing bowls, foils, and capes are checked during production for shape, assembly, finish, and usability.
• Electrical or mechanical styling products, including hair clippers, curlers, straightener combs, and other styling tools, are subject to relevant assembly and functional checks based on their product specifications.
• Inspection findings are communicated to the responsible production personnel so that deviations can be assessed and addressed in a timely manner.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for packing, finished goods are inspected against customer requirements and internal quality criteria. The inspection level and test items depend on the product category, packaging format, intended use, and agreed order specifications.

• Appearance and workmanship: Products are reviewed for visible defects, surface condition, color consistency, cleanliness, printing quality, and overall presentation.
• Dimensions and quantity: Selected products and components are checked for size, weight, count, capacity, or other measurable requirements stated in the product specification.
• Function and usability: Hair tools and accessories are evaluated for basic operation, assembly condition, handling, and intended use, subject to the applicable product requirements.
• Packaging integrity: Containers, closures, seals, cartons, and protective materials are checked to help reduce the risk of leakage, damage, contamination, or missing components.
• Identification and information: Product names, specifications, batch or lot information where applicable, labels, instructions, and shipping marks are reviewed for accuracy and consistency with approved details.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is an important part of product quality, particularly for liquid hair care products, cosmetic-style formulations, fragile styling tools, and mixed orders containing multiple product types. Before shipment, the finished order is reviewed to confirm that the goods are properly protected and prepared for international transportation.

• Carton condition, inner protection, sealing, and packing arrangement are checked according to the approved packing method.
• Product quantities, item descriptions, colors, sizes, and selected accessories are compared with the order and packing information.
• Labels, carton markings, barcodes, and shipping marks are reviewed when they are included in the customer’s requirements.
• Samples or selected cartons may be reviewed for appearance, packing consistency, and general readiness before release.
• Any special requirements for hair color products, treatment products, styling tools, salon accessories, or mixed product shipments are considered during the final packing review.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

Quality management continues after inspection and shipment. Customer feedback, inspection findings, production observations, and product performance information are reviewed to identify the cause of issues and determine suitable corrective actions. When necessary, the relevant materials, process steps, packaging methods, or inspection points are reassessed.
